Rolex has announced that it will introduce a number of new models and variations of existing models into its Oyster Perpetual range.
The watch manufacturer is introducing an entirely new 39 mm size, alongside new dial variations for its 26, 31 and 34 mm models. These will become part of the existing line, introduced last year that include 31 and 36 mm sizes.
Additionally, a red grape colour is available in the entire collection of sizes – 26, 31, 34, 36 and 39 mm – and provides a common thread throughout the family.
The smallest of the models, the Oyster Perpetual 26 is powered by a self-winding calibre 2231 movement with hour, minute and seconds hands, alongside stop-seconds for precise time setting. It will be available with an olive green dial in a sunray finish.
Next up, the Oyster Perpetual 31 is powered by the same movement with the same functions, but is presented with a red grape, sunray finish dial.
The slightly bigger Oyster Perpetual 34 is depicted with a champagne, sunray finished dial that is complete with blue hour transfer. This model, will be powered by a self-winding 3130 movement that beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz).
Last of all, finishing out the range is the Oyster Perpetual 39. Similarly featuring a sunray finished dial with blue hour transfers, but in dark rhodium, it is powered by a self-winding calibre 3132 movement.
All models in the range are officially certified by the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC) and are water resistant up to a pressure of 10 bar (100 meters or 330 feet). They are each supplied on a three-piece Oyster bracelet.
